Joe Tafs is President of National Business Systems, Inc. In his 30+ years of service at National Business Systems (NBS), and under his leadership, NBS has become a leading service provider in the Business Outsource Service Industry with an outstanding reputation of providing first class quality and service. In his nearly 35 years of experience in the Document & Information Technology arena, Joe has had the managerial responsibility for 20 offices in 10 different states. Additionally, he was responsible for developing and marketing the NBS EasyRead Microfiche hardware and software offering. As NBS expands both its customer base and service offerings Joe is ready and anxious to take on those challenges.

Mr. Pete Sharp, Director of Information Technology for National Business Systems, Inc., is an IT professional with 19+ years of experience in the technology industry. His technical background includes expertise in hardware, software and systems engineering, as well as project management. His career has centered on leading the development of PC based technologies including: imaging systems, database management, and internet solutions. For the past 5 years he has served in a managerial capacity at NBS, responsible to oversee a staff of IT professionals who develop technical solutions supporting new business development.

Ms. Sue Johnson, Operations Manager-Document Imaging & Data Capture, has 30+ years of service with NBS. Implementation and project management of several high profile imaging and data entry projects has been her area of expertise. During her 30 years she has managed NBS operations throughout the country. Her current responsibilities include; Customer Service, Document Imaging and Data Capture. A highly regarded leader, with the ability to motivate employees to deliver top performance. Able to evaluate operational needs and implement strategies that increase productivity.

Mr. Fred Conrad, Technical Sales and Implementation Manager for NBS, has 20+ years in the print and mail industry, focused on mission critical, transaction documents. This experience includes various roles in Management including Programming, Print and Mail Operations, Customer Service, Sales and direct Project Management. In his current capacity at NBS, he is responsible for defining, coordinating and implementing large scale projects.

Ms. Lisa Gobin, Controller, has 18+ years of service with NBS. She is responsible for all financial reporting. In addition to her financial responsibilities, she also serves as the Human Resources manager. She has been instrumental in establishing policies and procedures that have helped NBS become an industry leader.

Mr. Mark Rheaume, Director of Print, Mail and Warehouse Operations at NBS and has held that position for over two years. His career includes 19 years at West Publishing where he held management positions in the Prepress, Print, Mail, Subscription and New Order Processing Areas. Mark then went to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MN for five years. When he left there his title was Director of Print and Mail Operations. He is a member of many industry related organizations such as PIM, MSMA, MMA, INg, and the local PCC. He holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Economics and Business Administration from St. John’s University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
